BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Payments/Fees: booking fee required on site. Final payments of acceptance will be cash, Zelle, tap to pay, and card fees are applied. Running late? For late fees, there is a 15 minute grace period before 15% of the service is applied.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refunds: The same-day cancellation fee is 25% of the service deadline 24 hours prior to the appointment. Rescheduling requires 24-48 hours notice, and booking fees can be transferred. All service sales are final, so modifications can be made by notice.

Changes initiated by the service provider: service providers may make reasonable changes to bookings under circumstances beyond their control.
